Before the COVID-19 pandemic, every parent's biggest headache was the "SmartPhone" of their child, but now the whole scenario has changed. Most of the work is being done from home and students are attending their online classes on phones, tablets, laptops. These days gave a huge jump to online video conferencing apps such as Google meet, Zoom, Seesaw, etc.
India is the second biggest market for video conferencing platform ZOOM after the United States, said co-founder, and chief executive Eric Yuan at an event.
Zoom is aiming to expand its business in India in the coming years. They are planning to open a new research center at Bengaluru. This will surely give some employment to the upcoming young talents of India. Zoom is all set to show their presence.
At the present time Zoom is having its office at Mumbai and two data centers at Mumbai and Hyderabad.
Reports said that Zoom will be investing more in India, and will introduce some unique features to offer to their users.
In this pandemic, Zoom got most of the revenue from the United States and Canada.
Mr. Eric Yuan, CEO of Zoom Video Communications, further added that they want to provide a better video conferencing platform than this app, right now they are not doing their best but hopefully will do it in future
